Some 'Caturday's' here at Mill Bay Vet we do get a chance to write something special on Facebook, rather than share a photo/ video.
About three weeks ago a client presented a sick kitten to us that she had found in the community. He was about three weeks of age, flat out and in dire need of treatment. Our techician Bonnie quickly warmed him up with hot water bottles and heating pads. The Cowichan Cat Rescue worked with Dr. Carmen Bell turning his life around as they spent the weekend nursing the kitten so he could be sent home with the client who had found him. 'Joey' is almost eight weeks now and is doing amazing. He has now has a forever home with the client who saved his life.
